Rajgira Pith | Amaranth Flour for Upwas

Happi Farms Rajgira Pith is flour made from rajgira (amaranth) seeds, a traditional grain widely eaten during upwas and vrat.

Amaranth is naturally gluten-free and is valued for its protein, fibre and minerals, which makes rajgira flour a nourishing choice on fasting days.

Ways to use: rajgira puri, rajgira thalipeeth, rajgira paratha, sheera and laddoos. It can also be mixed with other fasting flours for softer rotis.
