Upwas Bhajani | Upwas Thalipeeth Flour

Happi Farms Upawas Bhajani is a roasted, fasting-friendly flour blend for making traditional upwas thalipeeth, crisp, flavourful and filling, just the way it's made in Maharashtrian homes.

Simple steps, traditional taste. Use it for thalipeeth on Ekadashi, Navratri, Mahashivratri or any vrat day.

How to prepare thalipeeth

1. Take the bhajani peeth in a bowl.
2. Prepare the dough – Add water and your choice of fasting-friendly add-ins, and knead into a soft dough.
3. Shape the thalipeeth – Pat or roll it out on a damp cloth into a round, with a small hole in the centre.
4. Cook on a tawa – Roast with a little ghee or oil until golden and crisp on both sides.
