Thalipeeth Bhajani | Multigrain Thalipeeth Flour

Happi Farms Thalipeeth Bhajani is a roasted multigrain flour blend for making traditional Maharashtrian thalipeeth, crisp on the outside, soft inside and full of flavour.

Bhajani is traditionally made by roasting a mix of grains and pulses before grinding, which gives thalipeeth its nutty aroma and wholesome taste.

How to prepare

1. Prepare the dough – Add chopped onion, coriander, chilli, salt and water to the bhajani and knead into a soft dough.
2. Shape – Pat it out into a round on a damp cloth, with a small hole in the centre.
3. Cook – Roast on a tawa with a little oil or ghee until golden and crisp on both sides.
4. Serve – Enjoy hot with curd, white butter or chutney.
